Description

Snow possible over the Okanagan Connector and Kootenay Pass.

What:
Trace amounts to 4 cm of snow

When:
Late this afternoon until Wednesday morning

Where:
- Pennask Summit
- Kootenay Pass

Additional information:
An upper disturbance will pass over Southern B.C. tonight. Snow levels are set to lower to around 1700 metres this afternoon and will linger until Wednesday morning. Kootenay Pass is most likely to see potential snow accumulation this evening, whereas Pennask Summit is more likely to see snow accumulation overnight.

Visibility will likely be reduced at times. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Allow extra time for travel.
