Where: Exposed coastal sections of West Vancouver Island

Additional information: A deep low pressure system off the coast of Vancouver Island is giving southeast winds of 80 km/h gusting to 100 over exposed coastal sections of West Vancouver Island.

These winds will begin to diminish near noon as the low weakens and departs the area.
