Snowfall with total amounts of 15 to 30 cm is expected.

Remark:
A strong Pacific low pressure system is tracking across the B.C. Interior and brings periods of heavy snow to the Trans - Canada Highway near Rogers Pass.
Snowfall will begin this morning and intensify through the afternoon, with 10 to 15 cm of accumulation expected. Snow will change to rain or wet snow during the evening, then transition back to snow after midnight into Wednesday morning, bringing an additional 5 to 15 cm. Gusty winds will develop tonight leading to localized areas of reduced visibility in blowing snow.
Snow is expected to ease Wednesday morning.
