Locally strong winds posing a hazard to travel continue.

Winds gusting to 90 km/h have been recorded in some wind prone locations, such as Highway 11 near Abraham Lake and the Trans-Canada Highway near Exshaw.

These winds will continue for the day in some locations near Nordegg and will continue or develop today and tonight in some locations west and south of Calgary.

Winds will be slightly weaker Tuesday.

Driving conditions will likely be difficult. High-sided vehicles will be pushed around by the wind. There is a risk of injury due to flying or falling debris.
