When:
Friday afternoon and Friday night.

Where:
Dempster Highway, near the Richardson Mountains.

Additional information:
A low approaching Yukon on Friday will give strong easterly winds gusting to 100 km/h Friday afternoon and Friday night. These strong winds will give blizzard conditions to the Dempster Highway near the Richardson Mountains. Conditions will improve early Saturday.
