Description
Heavy flurries may affect travel this morning.
Bands of flurries are passing through the region this morning. In these snowbands, snowfall rates may be heavy, reducing visibility and causing snow to accumulate quickly.
Local snowfall amounts of up to 5 cm are expected this morning as the snowbands pass, particularly over higher terrain.
Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Allow extra time for travel. If driving, turn on your lights, slow down and maintain a safe following distance.
