Description
Moderate to heavy precipitation will continue over the Olympics and northern Washington Cascades through this evening. Rainfall amounts over the last 24 hours have been as high as 2 to 4 inches, and an additional 1 to 3 inches are expected in these locations, with the highest amounts in the Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Meanwhile, snow levels will remain 7000 to 8000 feet. Rivers in the outlook area will continue to rise, and crest later today into Tuesday. Please monitor the latest river forecasts from the National weather Service for additional information.
