Description

What: Very cold wind chills as low as 17 degrees below zero.
Where: Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania.
When: Until 7 AM EST Saturday.
Impacts: The very cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Additional Details: Windy conditions with plummeting temperatures are through this evening. The winds ease later tonight, but temperatures will drop below zero through Saturday morning.

Recommended Action

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
