Description

What: Dangerously cold wind chills as low as zero are possible.
Where: In North Carolina, Coastal Brunswick, Coastal New Hanover, Coastal Pender, Inland Brunswick, and Inland New Hanover Counties. In South Carolina, Central Horry, Coastal Georgetown, Coastal Horry, Inland Georgetown, and Williamsburg Counties.
When: From Saturday evening through Monday morning.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Recommended Action

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside.
