Where: In New Jersey, Eastern Essex, Eastern Union, and Hudson Counties. In New York, Northern Nassau and Southern Nassau Counties.
When: From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Thursday.
Impacts: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
