What: Very cold wind chills as low as 5 to 10 below.
Where: Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.
When: Through 10 AM EST this morning and again from Midnight tonight through 10 AM EST Saturday.
Impacts: The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Recommended Action
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
