Hazardous winter conditions are possible.

A potent low pressure system will impact parts of the Kivalliq region on Monday and Tuesday.

Hazard: Light to moderate snow combined with winds gusting between 80 to 100 km/h will lead to blizzard conditions.

Timing: Beginning Monday afternoon and ending late Tuesday.

Remarks: This system will continue to be monitored as it develops and tracks into the region. Warnings will be issued closer to the event as confidence increases in the track and impacts of the system.
