Description

What: Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.
Where: In Maryland, Western Garrett County. In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
When: From 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Friday.
Impacts: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
