Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: Southeastern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia Northwestern Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia Southern Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia
When: Until 930 AM EDT.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 554 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Rock Cave, Junior, Montrose, Alton, Alexander, French Creek and Kerens. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
