Where: Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest and western Texas.
When: Until 8 PM MDT /9 PM CDT/ Friday.
Impacts: Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. Blowing dust can reduce visibility suddenly to zero, especially in areas where bare fields exist. Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects.
