What: Very cold wind chills as low as 7 above zero expected.
Where: Central Texas.
When: From midnight Friday Night to 11 AM CST Saturday.
Impacts: The cold wind chills as low as 7 above zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Recommended Action
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside.
