Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Where: Portions of north central, northeast, and south central Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Bell, Coryell, Falls and Lampasas. In northeast Texas, Leon. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson.
When: From 7 PM CDT this evening through 7 PM CDT Monday evening.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected with localized totals of 3 to 5 inches possible where repeated rounds of thunderstorms with heavy rainfall occur. - weather.gov/safety/flood

Recommended Action

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
