Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
Additional Details: - Slow moving showers and storms will likely bring widespread 2 to 4 inches of rain across the watch area. Localized areas of 5 to 7 inches will be possible. - weather.gov/safety/flood
