Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: A portion of northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer and Baylor.
When: Until 900 AM CDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 746 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Archer City, Holliday, Scotland, Windthorst, Megargel, Lake Kickapoo, Mankins, Dundee and southwestern Lake Arrowhead. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
