Description

Patchy dense fog can be expected this morning. Motorists should expect rapidly changing visibility, down to near zero at times. Remember to use your low beam headlights in fog, slow down, and provide plenty of braking distance between yourself and any vehicles in front of you.

Description

What: Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog.
Where: Southern Meade Co Plains, Sturgis/Piedmont Foothills, Custer Co Plains, Hermosa Foothills, Pennington Co Plains, and Rapid City.
When: Until 11 AM MDT this morning.
Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

Recommended Action

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
