Description

What: Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected.
Where: A portion of central Pennsylvania.
When: From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Wednesday.
Impacts: The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
