Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Beaver County in the Oklahoma Panhandle, and Lipscomb County in the Texas Panhandle.
When: Through late Thursday night.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
Additional Details: - Recent rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches may lead to excessive runoff with expected thunderstorms tonight through tomorrow night. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Recommended Action

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
