When: Until midnight EDT Tonight.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.
Additional Details: - At 530 PM EDT, The Ohio Department of Transportation reported that several roads remain closed due to flooding in the the area. State Routes 328 and 56 in Vinton County remain closed along with State Routes 356, 550, and 56 in Athens County. Area creeks will begin to slowly recede to within their banks this evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Athens, Nelsonville, Lake Hope State Park, Chauncey, Buchtel, Amesville, The Plains and Stroud Run State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
