Additional Details: - At 733 PM EDT, the gauge on the Shade River at Chester was in Minor Flood Stage at 16.2 feet and slowly falling. Additional impacts are possible downstream to the east as water drains eastward into the Ohio River. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Mainly rural areas of East Central Meigs County. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
