Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: The following counties, in west central Ohio, Champaign, Clark, Greene, Miami and Montgomery.
When: Until 330 PM EDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 1126 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding on several roadways. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Troy, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Vandalia, Englewood, Urbana, Tipp City, Bellbrook, Moraine, New Carlisle, Oakwood, Wright- Patterson Afb, West Carrollton, St. Paris and West Liberty.

Recommended Action

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. To report flooding, go to our website at weather.gov/iln and submit your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
