Where: A portion of central New Mexico, including the following area, South Central Mountains.
When: From Saturday morning through Saturday afternoon.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Thunderstorms will develop over the higher terrain late Saturday morning then drift erratically into the nearby lower terrain through Saturday afternoon. Rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches an hour will result in a higher risk for flash flooding on the Ruidoso area burn scars.
