What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Mississippi River at Hannibal.
When: From Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon.
Impacts: At 17.0 feet, John Hay Recreation Area on east side (inside the Illinois Sny Levee) begins flooding.
Additional Details: - At 11:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.4 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage late Thursday evening to a crest of 17.4 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
