Recommended Action

Be prepared for hazardous travel. Slow down and use caution while driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury. Isolated to scattered power outages will be possible.

Description

Freezing rain has largely moved out of the area, although lighter intensity freezing drizzle may persist for the next couple of hours. Little to no additional ice accumulations are expected. Continue to exercise caution when driving or walking, particularly on untreated surfaces, as temperatures are expected to hold near freezing through the evening.
