Description

What: Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 13 inches possible, greatest accumulations across the north half. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph, strongest near Lake Superior.
Where: Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan.
When: From Sunday afternoon through Monday evening.
Impacts: Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches, which may cause sporadic power outages.
