Description

The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Michigan Saginaw River At Saginaw affecting Saginaw and Bay Counties. For the Saginaw Riverincluding SaginawMinor flooding is forecast.
What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Saginaw River at Saginaw.
When: From Sunday morning to early Wednesday afternoon.
Impacts: At 18.0 feet, Houses on Riverside Drive begin to flood. Wickes Park and Green Point Nature Area in Saginaw also flood. At 19.0 feet, Adjacent lowlands begin to flood.
Additional Details: - At 12:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.7 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.9 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Recommended Action
