When: Until midnight EDT tonight.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - One or more rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected through this evening. Where thunderstorms are most persistent, flash flooding could result.
