In east central Illinois, Champaign, Douglas, Edgar and Vermilion. In west central Illinois, Fulton and Knox.
When: Until 1 AM CDT Tuesday.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
