S: Indiana Wabash River at MontezumaTerre Hauteand Vincennes. .On the Wabash Rivermoderate flooding will continue at Montezuma and Terre Haute into this weekendwith otherwise widespread minor flooding from Lafayette to Vincennes. Flooding is forecast to end on Wildcat Creek midday Fridayand on the Wabash at Lafayette early Saturday. The main crest will be slowly crossing Terre Haute through Saturdaywith a secondary, much smaller, crest now leaving Lafayetteforecast to spread out before reaching Covington. Flooding will begin at Vincennes Friday eveningwith the main crest forecast to arrive Tuesday night.
What: Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
Where: Wabash River at Terre Haute.
When: Until Friday, August 28.
Impacts: At 24.9 feet, On May 3, 2011 two homes in West Terre Haute area affected by seep water. River crested near 26.7 feet about 2 days before.
