: The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa South Skunk River near Ames W Riverside Rd affecting Story County. Des Moines River at Des Moines SE 6th St affecting Polk, Warren and Marion Counties. Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr affecting Polk County. North Raccoon River near Perry affecting Dallas County.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: South Skunk River near Ames US 30, or from Ioway Creek to the Polk-Jasper County line.
When: Until Saturday afternoon.
Impacts: At 23.0 feet, Water affects the Shady Grove Trailer Park located at 1006 S Dayton Ave as well as the railroad just northeast of Cambridge.
Additional Details: - At 10:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.7 feet, and falling. - ForecastThe river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling. - Flood stage is 21.5 feet.
