Description

What: Sub-freezing temperatures ranging from 26 to 32 degrees possible.
Where: The Klamath River Valley in western Siskiyou County. This includes the communities of Happy Camp, Somes Bar and Seiad Valley.
When: From late Thursday night through Friday morning.
Impacts: Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Recommended Action

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
