At 306 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated light to moderate rain is still occuring across the warned area. Heavy rain over the mountains caused downstream flash flooding through creeks and streams across the Antelope Valley.
Hazard: Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. Rock slides and mud slides.

Impact: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Rock slides and mud slides. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Lake Los Angeles, Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Pearblossom, Llano, Littlerock, Lake Palmdale, Valyermo, Desert View Highlands, Saddleback Butte State Park, Highway 138 between Llano and the San Bernardino County line and Highway 138 between Quail Lake and Lancaster.
Avoid flooded roads. Be aware of rock slides, mudslides, and possibly debris flows.
