Where: In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia, and Western Tucker Counties.
When: From 7 AM this morning to 6 PM EDT this evening.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
