What: Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Snow squall conditions will be possible during the evening and overnight.
Where: Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.
When: From 1 PM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.
Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
