What: Snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
Where: Eastern Greenbrier, Mercer, and Summers Counties.
When: From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Thursday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
