Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 1224 AM EDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain fell. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Clarksburg, Buckhannon, Grafton, Weston, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Belington, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, Lumberport, West Union, Anmoore, Jackson Mill, Enterprise, West Milford, Junior and Lost Creek. - This includes the following highway
