Description
What: Temperatures as low as 35 will result in frost formation.
Where: In Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany County. In Virginia, Shenandoah, Augusta, and Rockingham Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Hampshire, Hardy, and Morgan Counties.
When: From 1 AM to 8 AM EDT Tuesday.
Impacts: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Recommended Action
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
