Where: Western Millard and Juab Counties, Great Salt Lake Desert and Mountains, Tooele and Rush Valleys, and Southwest Utah.
When: Until 5 PM MST Friday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects, such as holiday decorations, and a few power outages may result. Reduced visibility in blowing dust may occur.
