Where: All of Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley.
When: Through Monday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
Additional Details: - Portions of Deep South Texas have already received 3 to 6 inches of rainfall over the last 48 hours. Additional rounds of heavy rainfall are possible through this weekend.
