The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texa
S: Guadalupe River At Victoria affecting Victoria County. For the Guadalupe Riverincluding Victoria, BloomingtonModerate flooding is forecast.
What: Moderate flooding is forecast.
Where: Guadalupe River at Victoria.
When: From Wednesday evening until further notice.
Impacts: ImpactAt 27.5 feet, Water backs into the golf course next to the Optimist Club and the duck pond. Water is also flowing between the gate at Grover's Bend and McCright Drive. The water is also back up in the ditch along Memorial Drive in front of the volleyball courts and special events area.
Additional Details: - At 8:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 5.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - ForecastThe river will rise to 11.1 feet late tomorrow evening. It will then fall to 11.0 feet and begin rising again early Wednesday morning. It will rise above flood stage Wednesday evening to 27.4 feet early Friday morning.
