Where: Northeastern Oconee County in upstate South Carolina Northwestern Pickens County in upstate South Carolina
When: Until 315 AM EDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 207 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3.5 and 5.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Jocassee Gorges, Lake Jocassee, Keowee Toxaway State Park, Devils Fork State Park, Gorges State Park, Table Rock State Park, Lake Keowee, Sunset, Rocky Bottom and Sassafras Mountain. - Nuisance to minor flooding is possible along Mill Creek Road west of Sunset, Rocky Bottom Road and F Van Clayton Memorial Highway in Rocky Bottom in northwestern Pickens County and Sumter National Forest in northeastern Oconee County. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
