Description
What: Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
Where: Forest, Jefferson PA, Mercer, Venango, and Clarion Counties.
When: Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday morning commute.
