Flood Watch
What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: In east-central Ohio, including: Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas Counties. In western Pennsylvania, including: Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Westmoreland and Washington Counties. In West Virginia, including: Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Tucker and Wetzel Counties.
When: From midnight EDT tonight through Monday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Total rainfall of 1.5 to 2.5 inches is expected through 8 AM Monday across much of the watch area, with isolated totals of 3 to 5 inches possible. With soil still wet from past rainfall, such rain totals could lead to flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
