Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: Southwestern Monroe County in east central Ohio Southeastern Noble County in east central Ohio
When: Until 1115 AM EDT Saturday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
Additional Details: - At 511 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Dexter City, Harriettsville and Rinard Mills. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Recommended Action

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
