When: Until 500 PM EDT Monday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
Additional Details: - At 1049 AM EDT, Duck Creek at Macksburg continues to read close to flood stage, and flooding is occurring on roads in the area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain fell overnight. Additional rain of less than 0.5 inch is expected into early afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City and Wolf Run State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
