What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: Southwestern Monroe County in east central Ohio Southern Noble County in east central Ohio
When: Until 1100 PM EDT Monday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
Additional Details: - At 441 PM EDT, Duck Creek at Macksburg is reading minor flood stage, and flooding is occurring on roads in the area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain fell overnight. Little additional rainfall is expected but area creeks remain high and will likely take hours to recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Summerfield, Fly, Antioch, Stafford, Graysville, Harriettsville, Rinard Mills and Wolf Run State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
