Where: Eastern Gallia County in southeastern Ohio East Central Lawrence County in southeastern Ohio Southwestern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio North Central Cabell County in central West Virginia Northwestern Mason County in western West Virginia
When: Until 900 AM EDT Monday.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 853 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, New Haven, Middleport, Aid, Hartford City, Crown City, Henderson, Cheshire, Gallopolis Ferry, Kyger, Green Bottom, Lakin and Scottown. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
